We just moved from out of state. The manager (April?) was incredibly helpful in showing me how to transfer our membership to this location. The gym is in an older building, but they do a fantastic job in keeping it well maintained. Planet Fitness is a great deal. I love doing my workouts there.

The location I use is always clean and stocked with needed supplies. The staff are friendly and helpful. The price is affordable, and being open 24/7 makes it easy to go when it works for me. I also like having access to other locations, when out of town.

It is very easy to join. It has a very affordable membership rate. I don't feel pressure to be super fit: There are all kinds of people with all sorts of abilities in this gym. There is plenty of equipment available; members don't have to wait to use machines, weights, or other equipment. The gym is very clean, and members follow the rules for cleanliness.

I like how spacious it is, everyone is friendly and I also like that I can add 5-10 pounds when I’m using the pulldown machine for example. I also feel like I belong when I come!

Clean,friendly, and for advanced lifters, you can get serious hypertrophy training especially if you know what you are doing. Plenty of cardio which I like a lot because there are different types of cardio equipment. Well done PF

This location has the best staff. The staff makes this place stand out from other Planet Fitness locations. They are friendly, down to earth and hard workers. The equipment is always clean and the bathrooms are spotless. Every staff member greets me by names and I never have to wait to get helped. Daniel was the first staff member I met when shopping for a gym. His friendly and professional personality convinced me this was the gym to join. Every day, Robin has a smile and a warm greeting for me just before she's off to clean. Robin is a "hands on employee" and leads by example. She is professional, but also very welcoming. She and her staff have made the Ypsilanti location a second home to me and others that visit this location. Other guests and I agreed that we enjoy the atmosphere the most and we don't find it at other locations.
