Well-maintained equipment and the right price. (I will add that some coaching for the opening crew around cleaning up the blowing trash outside the front doors and ensuring the breezeway mats are flat needs to happen. There was an insane amount of garbage in front of PF on Sunday, 5/11 at 8am and no other business had a similar issue. My wife and I stopped to unfurl the breezeway mats, too, so that none of the senior citizens who like to work out at that time of day would trip and fall.)
