The friendliness of the front desk staff. I also give a shout out to the front desk staff who located and returned an earbud that I dropped recently. They seemed to be on the lookout for it and were helping to locate it as soon as I asked for help. Awesome service!

I recommend and have brought a few of my friends to Planet Fitness! I love this gym! So many varieties of equipment & a very friendly staff to answers any questions and help you acclimate to the surroundings. Large variety of people from all sizes & ages. Everyone is different and this gym seems to realize that fact. There is even training for anyone just starting and not sure where to start.
