Great Customer Service! Every time I walk through the door they make me feel welcome and appreciated. They keep the gym clean. Of course, it's everyone's part to help keep it clean and help take care of the equipment. If there's a problem, speak up. We are all in this together. I love my gym.

I do like PF but considering moving to a 24 hour gym. The PF at Yuma Palms Yuma is very clean. The lady that works midnight to 8am M-F works her tail off to keep it clean.

I like the gym, staff is very friendly. I go to the gym around 5:45- 6:30pm and I do feel like they need to improve in stocking the paper towels and sprays other than that it's great!
