The staff. Always someone at the front desk and other staff are always cleaning the equipment. Really friendly and helpful. Also enough equipment so we don’t have to wait for one we want to use.

The atmosphere is great and inviting. I have been to other gyms before and nothing compares to Planet Fitness. They have every/any equipment needed for a complete workout and it is the cleanest gym I have ever been too, and the membership prices are amazing, I recommend the Black card membership option. But most of all the staff and management are amazing. I highly recommend this gym.

Convenient check in. Not judgmental to ability or size. Clean facility. Friendly check in folks. So far I have not seen a biological male in the female bathroom, shower area. If I do I will cancel my membership. I want to be secure as a woman and faithful to seeing only my husband.

I like the hours as I tend to be a night owl. The thing I don’t like is that there is not a stretching cage in the facility. I have been to other PF where there is a stretching cage. I like to use it after my cardio as the muscles are more pliable and less likely to be injured. Then I do my strengthening exercises after the stretching. It would be nice and would be used.

I have never been to a gym before, and I am pleasantly surprised on how welcoming Planet Fitness is for people of all ages. All of staff is wonderful, everyone is ready to answer questions and help with the equipment. This facility is kept very clean, even the members take pride in the gym. Thank you, to Jose and his staff I appreciate all of you.
