I haven’t been to the salon & booked my consultation Monday, October 25,2021 10:15a.m. The young man who answers the phone was extremely nice, patient, listened to me then reinforced me he can’t answer my questions & my consultation appointment will answer all questions. He was so full of personality over the phone, nice & willing to listen to what occurred to my hair by previous hair beautician, that damaged my hair & I booked the consultation appointment. Saturday early afternoon I called. He literally told me he can’t answer some of my questions which I respect! He told the truth! Most salons lie. I feel that my hair struggles of the previous person that ruined my hair have all been drifted & I'm in a better professional environment. The previous salon ruined my hair. My natural wavy & curly hair I’ve been trying to get back to life. He needs a raise, he’s phenomenal. I haven’t been to your salon, however I’ve recommended your salon to several friends. I feel like this is my new salon, although my hair has not been done 😎 I know this is a great place to be with my beautiful natural wavy & curly hair & my hair will come back to life. Thank you for hiring the young man at the front desk.

My service with Leah is always wonderful. However, when I was checking out, the system was down and they asked if it was okay to charge me later and send the receipt through email. I confirmed that they would deduct the amount I paid to secure the appointment. I later received a receipt but they did not deduct the amount and charged me full price. I attempted to reply to the email receipt but was sent an error message.
I also cannot use my only credit card at the salon because it is a Chase card. They will accept it if I repeatedly go through the same questions... no other card, no cash? Nope. If they accepted Venmo, Zelle or even a check I would be able to pay without my card. I love going to Leah, she is the first person to give me a cut I can wear without doing anything and it looks great. I would HATE to stop coming because I'm overcharged and can't pay easily.
