The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and the few times I have had a question they were informative, polite, understanding of the questions and knowledgeable in providing an answer or solution for my family and I. We are always greeted upon arrival and address promptly. My kids enjoy the question of the day and like the get the answers correct so they get the bell rung on their way out the door.

The Plum St YMCA has a friendly vibe. The Y employees always have a smile on their faces! The gym has a complete set of weights and weightlifting machines as well as aerobic machines. The facility is clean.
