We appreciate the efficient staff plus the clean and spacious area for self dog wash. Saturday morning was very busy . There was only one employee working who handled everything well and was pleasant even though swamped. You are fortunate to have her as an employee.

I went in to the store to buy a gift for a friend that just got a 3 month old kitten and she has another cat a few years old. I have 3 large dogs and no exactly ZERO about cats! The clerk helped me pick out toys and treats that were age appropriate for both cats! The gifts were received with a BIG smile and happy cats. I appreciate the help!

I needed help with my cats, A lovely young women help me with great idea, two toys she suggested, and treats for the cats. She gave me ideas to calm them down. (she has redish hair). Every idea and toy she suggested has been working!!! My cats seem calmer..thank you
