The staff and selection are great! I only knocked off a point because I wish things were a little less expensive, but I know that isn't up to the individual store. I would rather shop here and pay a bit more than buy from Amazon. Great place to shop for both my dog and my cat!

We were SO thankful for not only Chuck & Don's but also their employees for saving our bacon last week! We found ourselves in a pinch needing to give our pup a quick bath and not sure where to go as we were on the other side of town from where we live. We stopped in at Chuck & Don's, and we were SO fortunate that one of the employees was cleaning a dog wash station as we arrived and quickly finished up so we could get started. She followed up with us a couple times to make sure we had what we needed and really made us feel welcome and taken care of! Thank you SO much to the employees there on Saturday morning, because of you, we humans were relieved and our pup was smelling so fresh and clean!
