Alex was good. But he was also having to make up for what was NOT done the last time. Also, it would appear that the salesman misrepresented the services that are provided. He told us that technician would PROACTIVELY inspect the exterior of house with mirror on stick and fill all gaps that were revealed that mice could use to enter. Was quite happy with what Alex has done so far but both the sales agent and the other technician who came leave much to be desired.

The main thing is you do a good job! In the spring I had ants by my patio door in the kitchen and now after treatments they are gone. I would recommend to others.
