Technician Julian was super helpful explaining about the service and each step he took. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I learned a lot just walking around the house with him. The yellowjacket problem I had appears to be ended just 24 hours since his visit. We'll see, but he said it may take longer and I can always request a second visit if needed. I am very happy with all aspects of this visit.

I like that my requested technician completes all my treatments. This way, he knows what is important to me and the places for treatment. I also appreciate Adrian’s texts in advance to tell me he is on his way. The treatments are quarterly and well timed to prevent rodents and insects entering the garage or house. I have had 3 different pest control companies and Pointe is far and above the best of them all.
