I am new in town, and got lost. 25 min late for appt! It was my first appointment with Eddie, co owner, and I assumed I’d see another stylist being so late. But Eddie quickly walked me to the sink and proceeded to give me a great haircut. He accessed my hair and style correctly, gave me some great texture, and I’ll be seeing him again, on time.

Eddie took time to listen to me and he offered suggestions that were helpful. I appreciated that he worked me in to his schedule so I didn't need to make another trip for the rest of what I needed...he was able to do the cut and color which was very helpful. The reason I gave a 9 was because I do live further away and I don't know if people would travel that far to see someone.

I have been coming to Pompadours for approximately five (5) years. The staff is professional, and Eddie is amazing. I have said this before, but he manages to spin silk out of a sow's ear. I had someone stop me in the grocery store when someone asked, "who does your hair?" Somewhat remarkable, as my hair is a bit like Gollum's.
