I recently had called to cancel my service. I was unhappy with the condition of my pool as well as the service (or lack of) I observed by the young man who spent most of his time on the phone. When I confronted him he became defensive.
The next morning I called to cancel my account. The woman on the phone was very concerned and wanted to know why. We chatted for a bit and I mentioned a young man named Javier who was so awesome cleaning our pool in the past. She knew of Javier who was still with the company. She offered to arrange a pool visit by him. Within a couple of days Javier showed up and cleaned the pool the way it should be done. With his recommendations, an additional chemical was added to the water and within 48 hours the brown staining was gone and the pool sparkled. Thank you to the woman on the phone and to Javier. I'll stay with Pool Troopers.

We are extremely satisified with Ishmael who cleans our pool weekly. He has serviced our pool for over a year and has done a fantastic job. He is thorough and takes fantastic care of our pool and care with our lanai and pets. Ishmael should be recoginized within your company for the exceptional job he continues to perform.
