I like that the tech communicates with you when he treats the pool or sees issues that require attention. The tech also sends a copy of the chemical readings in your email and lets you know when he is on the way.

PoolTec has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Kendall is our pool technician and he has been amazing from day one — incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, what he’s seeing, and what to expect, which gives us a lot of confidence in the care of our pool. Garrett also came out to provide estimates, and he was just as impressive. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer every question I had. He made the entire process clear and easy to understand. Overall, PoolTec has delivered excellent service across the board. Highly recommend — 10/10.
