I appreciate that all your techs are very thorough. I never have any issues with my equipment. And aside from emptying the buckets during the spring and fall months in between service and skimming- you have made my pool hassle free. I also appreciate that techs never leave my pool gate open or my fence unlocked- we had a previous company that left the pool gate slightly open and my toddler was able to get in. I was outside with her and nothing happened- but it has been a fear of mine ever since and I appreciate that you always make sure it is latched and closed. And lastly, I appreciate that you don't try to take advantage of customers with unnecessary repairs or multiple required but extra filter cleanings through the year. That was also a previous experience we had. Ive noticed that you only recommend them when there is truly a need- and again, I appreciate that honesty. I have gone through a few pool companies through the years and you have been by far the best experience.

Robert is very thorough, does a good job. Several times I have needed pool equipment repair that I was unaware of. He took pictures of what was wrong and alerted me to the problem. When I meet him, he is friendly and professional.
