Well, we met some wonderful people who from the beginning make us feel at home and answer all our questions . They did whatever they could to make sure we were able to get the RV we wanted . We have been looking for a travel trailer in the 21-25 ft box range for 5 years. Our sales person, Laura Robertson was very knowledgeable and understanding to our needs. Yes, buying a trailer is similar to doing a car deal, we’ve been to all the Southern Florida fair grounds shows and toured dealers within 300 miles of home. We know with all product markets the up and downs in cost plus having to finance trailers are in a higher interest rate range. The Ft Pierce team, manager Roger? Jagger and Mike in finance worked diligently, even with our frustrating attitude, to get us into our trailer. The final inspection clean up a vehicle for items found and release of trailer was hectic, but we got there late for our appointment and it pushed things into closing time on a Saturday. The new 2026 does have a couple of issues to fix, but we know they’ll be resolved, so there’s no concerns for us. Oh yes and a shout out to Danny in West Palm Beach. That location didn’t have enough inventory in the range we were looking for and he was very gracious and happy that we bought from General RV. The WPB location is closer and Jagger let us know we can use any location in the country so we may also work with them on service and parts as well. We greatly appreciate the Ft Pierce General RV team and will continue to work with you on all our trailer needs and services. Thank you!

No pressure shopping extremely helpful and knowledgeable we knew going in what type of RV that we wanted. Laura was very helpful in choosing the best camper for Me. Toi was outstanding on the financial end of getting me into a comfortable payment. Bob was great in showing me everything I need to know about the camper inside and out. Can't wait for the exciting adventures I'll go on...no more tenting on the ground for this girl. She was well versed in the inventory and was able to show me other options that fit my needs in addition to the one I was there to see. The rest of the team was excellent as well. I cannot say enough great things about the incredible service department at General RV in Fort Pierce. I recently had a nightmare experience purchasing an RV from the General RV Jacksonville location that immediately left me stranded with major structural and mechanical issues. I was incredibly upset, stressed out, and exhausted. Thankfully, I brought it to Fort Pierce, and Tina stepped in. She worked tirelessly, went completely above and beyond, and did everything in her power to advocate for me and get me back on the road safely. The entire service technician team did a phenomenal job. They took a terrible situation and completely turned it around and provided updates with honest communication. If you need your rig serviced by people who actually care, ask for Tina and the Fort Pierce service team!

This was such a pleasant experience. The service people bent over backwards for us while we were there. We scheduled a service to take care of a manufacturer’s recall on our Alliance Paradigm 310rl. While there we couldn’t unhook our RV from the 5th wheel hitch. The service tech had to take the hitch apart, in order to unhook from the RV. The hitch was broken and needed service to repair the hitch. I decided to purchase a new hitch from General RV in order to move the RV to an RV Park. We had food in our refrigerator and needed to hook up to power in order to save our food. They also provided us with service on a problem with our shower water temperature control, and hooking up our Starlink. Very satisfied with the personal we dealt with. Service is what General RV is all about!
