Honorable mentions are in order also for Cody, who I believe is a technician as well the Service Advisor who wrapped out my transaction (I did not catch her name); who helped me during parts pickup and finalizing check out. I Managed a New Car Dealership service department for 12 years. I would have been pleased to have all 4 of these people on my staff.

General RV was great!! They went above and beyond to help me with my new purchase and trade. I purchased a travel trailer several months before my building permits were approved. Not knowing my travel trailer square footage was larger than whatt the building permits would allow. General RV took care of me with no hassle. The only thing I would recommend is that anyone who does a “walk through” I wish that person really knew the ins and outs of each arc or travel trailer. We knew more than the person walking us through. But again other that that fantastic.
