Everyone was extremely kind and supportive. I loved Russel and Freddy because they worked hard and diligently to get me the very best deal possible. The finance agent was extremely helpful and informative! Robert was amazing and so helpful with showing me how to set up and Take down my camper! But the very best employees are in the service Department!!!…Rachel and Jason! If it weren’t for Rachel and Jason, I would not have had the correct work done to get my car wiring service completed. Rachel was on the spot following up with me throughout the day to assure the work was being done quickly and professionally as well as Jason, who is the service manager, was overseeing my installation and came to talk to me several times to let me know what was happening with my car. I would have given the overall rating as a 10 for this dealership with the exception that there is a lack of coordination and communication between the sales department and the service department. There was a lack of communication me as well as a lack of coordination with installation of my wiring, harness and Bluetooth. I had to do the calling to find out what was going on, I was told to come into the department at 9 AM almost a week after purchasing and found out that they didn’t even know I was coming in or what I needed. They did not send me away and worked on my car immediately, but it did take seven hours to get everything down as I waited patiently. As I said before, Rachel and Jason took very good care of me and made sure that I had everything done correctly that day. A big thank you too everyone that helped me get my Aliner camper!! I love my camper and when I’m ready, I will 100% go back to General RV for my next camper!
