The walkthrough when I took delivery was thorough, informative, answered all my questions and concerns, and helped me set the gain properly on my trucks’ built-in electric brake controller. Everyone is professional and works at their jobs and takes great effort to ensure customers from Billy Ray to Kenneth, Maddox, and Janet. These people have made this experience one of excellence. It is rare to find facility that handles everything in such a professional manner Janet deserves an outstanding award. She was very knowledgeable of everything about the RV and answered all of my questions and showed me some questions. I may have had that I didn’t ask. She is an excellent employee and does wonderful at her job of working with the customers.

The huge inventory the store has. Our sales lady was so knowledgeable and made our purchase easy. Mr. Terry Small who gave us the walk thru was wonderful. He went detail by detail regarding the travel trailer we purchased. He is also super knowledgeable.
