Friendly staff. Elbow room between stations (for the most part). Only complaint would be the sauna in the men’s locker room seems to be out of commission…a lot! Then to find out the women’s is hardly ever down. 🤔

Everything. It’s clean. Everything is available, steam room, sauna, tanning, classes, personal training, towels, recovery, women’s only area. The space is large enough that there is something for everyone. And it’s clean!
