Great gym! The staff are all awesome, the teachers are great. I work a lot of hours so I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to schedule classes. No worries, the class schedule and selection is awesome. They start very early morning and the last class is scheduled to start at 7:30 pm. The classes run 7 days a week, they even have weekend classes. I mostly go to aqua aerobics and yoga. The pool is nice and it’s private so not everyone in the gym can gawk in. The locker room is always clean. It’s nice and spacious and there is a sauna. There is an automatic wringer machine that will get your bathing suit nearly dry in a few seconds. The yoga studio is separate from the gym so it’s also nice and private and quiet. I am definitely a work in progress but I never feel embarrassed. There are classes for every level and the teachers are kind and patient. The rest of the gym is also very nice and has everything you can think of. I haven’t used the machines much yet because I usually go to classes. The app they have makes it very easy to schedule classes and it’s easily accessible. It also reminds you when you’ve signed up for a class. No excuses to not work out. They even have a smoothy bar!
