This is the absolute cleanest gym ever. The maintenance crew is constantly sweeping and moping and the locker room is always tidy. Amazing equipment is the core of the gym and always properly maintained as well

The gym is very nice except the music which is consistently too loud - over 75db. The workers at the desk control the volume and some think the gym needs to livened up. The atmosphere is uncomfortable and is just a conglomeration of noise. The machine and maintenance cannot be avoided but add 75 db "music" and you have an uncomfortable atmosphere. I have brought this up many times and find it odd that the management ignore the music levels and the overall sound levels in the gym. 99% of the people in the gym have some sort of headphones on. The music provided by the club is simply and annoyance even with earplugs and headphones.

A lot of great equipment that other gyms don’t have. Spacious. Lots of cardio options and multiples of everything so you can always use something to get through your workout. Staff and trainers are friendly/ helpful.

The layout. Showers IN the pool area. Pool area floor is safer too. A shorter walk to locker room and pool than the gym on 12 mile. Which means, for me, less intimidation in the gym. Like not having to walk past all those people using the exercise equipment.
