Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. This includes talking on the phone and face to face visits. When my ordered product arrived I received a text message with the pick up information.

We brought a couple tubes that that recently went flat. We explained that one was just put in and it popped right after we filled it. Your techs looked at it and provided an immediate replacement. My wife and I appreciated the quick and courteous service!

While I’m a big fan of Trek, it’s the staff at Prairie Path that makes the shop so great! Everyone is extremely welcoming and there to take care of the customer. Never a hint of anyone trying to sell you anything. Just genuine customer service. A recent example … after about 2,500 miles my road bike wasn’t shifting into its lower gears. I brought it in to see if they could check it out. Sure enough, although the shop was busy one of the mechanics placed the bike he was working on the side and 15 minutes later (and a new shift cable that replaced my frayed cable) I was out the door. The mechanic even took the bike for a test ride to make sure all was well. I would highly recommend Prairie Path Cycles to anyone. Quality service, great, knowledgeable people interested in creating a long term relationship with their customers and cycling community.
