I went in for a tune-up and they scheduled me for a few weeks out. When I returned on the scheduled date, Liam looked over the bicycle and concluded the basic tune-up was all I needed. He gave me an honest opinion and didn't try to over sell me. When I picked up my bicycle a day and half later, Liam and Nick worked out a few Garmin issues and now I'm all set to hit the road.
