I'm fairly new to yoga, but Virginia is one of the best yoga/fitness instructors I've ever had. She is very encouraging but challenges us every time. She also focuses on individual technique and adapts things based on your current ability. It is a great studio. Very impressed.
This was my introduction to Yoga and I'm hooked. Virginia is great and she clearly explained every step of the way while being warm and welcoming. She was easy to follow and her confidence and attitude are infectious!
The whole space has a great vibe and everyone is very welcoming. I was hesitant returning to fitness after 4 months off for major surgery, and this was exactly what I needed! Thanks for helping me re-light the fire - I can't wait to see what happens as I ramp up to a full program again. I would recommend this place to anyone from novice to experienced.
Super friendly and always there to help. The staff knows how to accommodate the individual when they may not be able to do a specific movement or time domain. Love Prana Vibe and everyone in the community
I appreciate the personalized attention that I receive from Virginia and Shawn. The Mysore yoga is especially helpful. I commute 3 hours a day and the yoga is keeping my body together. The Mysore class also helps me to stay grounded at a time when I feel that I am being pulled by demands at work and home.
Shaun is not only experienced and knowledgeable, but also possesses the ability to effectively communicate that to his members. Classes are challenging and fun, there is a great sense of support and community there. Even after years of membership, I continue to find myself engaged and committed. Very thankful to have Prana Vibe in my life!
