The entire process from initially signing up for the yoga class, to actually participating was smooth and a great experience. I truly enjoyed the class and felt great about it. The people and coaches at Prana Vibe are very knowledgeable and really good at their craft.
Still going strong after all these years... Coach Shaun has a great eye and is keen on movement patterns. Positive and supportive environment with fun and challenging workouts. Clean facility. Highly recommend.
Prana Vibe is exactly as the studio sounds: full of the vibrancy of life. The teachers are friendly and considerate people, the students are very mindful of the space and each others practices. Everyone encourages each other and is welcoming of all practice levels and abilities. The studio is truly a high vibe family!
Classes are small & instructor is very helpful in techniques which help make crossfit goals attainable. Shawn is very knowledgeable & adjusts your rworkouts as needed to make class a challenge but enjoyable.
I love the individualized attention I receive in both the strength and conditioning classes as well as yoga. The combination of the two has greatly improved my overall fitness and mobility. The atmosphere at Prana Vibe is upbeat, encouraging and challenging.
I love Prana Vibe! I started off with yoga last year and have since moved to strength and conditioning. The classes are fun and I am always learning something new. Virginia, Maddy and Shaun are all awesome and have helped me on my yoga and fitness journey. Great classes and great community!
