Virginia and Shaun provide exceptional personalized instruction that is helping me become stronger and more agile. Each session they challenge me to reach beyond my comfort zone, and consistently introduce me to new exercises or movements that I find mentally and physically challenging. Because of this, I feel a sense of accomplishment every time I leave.
I'm currently in my fifth year at Prana Vibe, and it seems that each year consistenly improves over the previous year. The programming is challenging and exciting, the community is positive and supportive, and it is rewarding to see personal improvements both physically and mentally. I've said it before and will say it again: working out at PV has profoundly changed my life, and I am very thankful.
I love how both the yoga and strength and conditioning classes can be customized specifically for me and where I am on my fitness journey. Just challenging enough to help me become stronger, but not too challenging where I feel frustrated or defeated.
Even though I am new to the working out world, I never feel like I am in the wrong place. Virginia and Shaun really watch, adapt and coach you at whatever level you are at. I am so glad to have found this place.
