These trainers know their trade. Don't be afraid to join. Even if you are a first-timer or recovering/suffer from an injury, the staff at Prana Vibe is able to adjust the practices to accommodate any concern or imbalance you may have. Can't run a mile, do a pull up or vinyasa? Doesn't matter. You will get an awesome workout.
The next best thing about PV is the other customers. They are supportive, energetic, warm and just plain awesome. We all get through the workout together!

Fantastic gym! Easy to sign up for classes online. The space is clean and well laid out. I have learned so much about body weight exercises that traveling no longer means not working out. You will not be disappointed!
I love the custom approach, and I know you guys are always taking care of me.
I have been feeling kind of beat up with barbell stuff and wish that the Saturday partner class was also another night during the week so I could count on that. I really like the lots of reps and feeling that I have to handle weight too.
Also would love another all levels at 630 at least one night a week, 730 too late for me.
Virginia was awesome. She really takes her time with you and customizes the yoga class to your abilities. She makes adjustments and corrections as needed. The studio design and lighting was just right and I left her class feeling refreshed and recharged. She is one of the best yoga teachers I've ever crossed paths with.
