I love the individualized attention I receive in both the strength and conditioning classes as well as yoga. The combination of the two has greatly improved my overall fitness and mobility. The atmosphere at Prana Vibe is upbeat, encouraging and challenging.
instructor took time in explaining and gave different suggestions so that i can grasp the idea of weightlifting correctly. schedules have more options for after work hours and facilities are neat and clean

A broader array of yoga classes and early morning yoga. Open gym times to work on skills and form.
While I’ve never played sports or been an athlete I have been active all my life...but going to Prana Vibe has helped me to develop more body strength and physical/mental endurance than I’ve had doing other things, both through yoga and strength/conditioning classes. I highly recommend.
First day at facility. The atmosphere, focused instructors, and “vibe” all seem best-of-class.
The Mysore experience not merely a spinal/hip flexibility tune-up; I also had the experience of a state of mind refreshment. Hard to put into words. But felt good.
I have been in and out of Prana Vibe for two years. I keep coming back because Shaun and Virginia are amazing trainers. I cannot recommend them enough. I have tried a few trainers over the years, but Shaun is the first for both nutrition and training that really tailors to my injuries and kept me from further injury. Then to stretch it out with Virginia in yoga is amazing. Virginia can eye you from across the room and know you are pointing a finger in the wrong direction. Between the two of them, everyone is in good hands. I continually recommend this gym to all my friends.
I love Prana Vibe! I started off with yoga last year and have since moved to strength and conditioning. The classes are fun and I am always learning something new. Virginia, Maddy and Shaun are all awesome and have helped me on my yoga and fitness journey. Great classes and great community!
