I appreciate the personalized attention that I receive from Virginia and Shawn. The Mysore yoga is especially helpful. I commute 3 hours a day and the yoga is keeping my body together. The Mysore class also helps me to stay grounded at a time when I feel that I am being pulled by demands at work and home.
Shaun is not only experienced and knowledgeable, but also possesses the ability to effectively communicate that to his members. Classes are challenging and fun, there is a great sense of support and community there. Even after years of membership, I continue to find myself engaged and committed.
