Technicians know what they're doing and he pointed out a couple of things about what had been done to the vehicle. Also I didn't have to wait that long. Plus I was very impressed with the office and staff.
Russell was a true professional. Recommended what I should do. No hard sell. I took his advice. Scheduled the repair. It was completed in a few hours, as he said. It was a very positive experience. He also took a look at my daughters car as well. Great customer service.
The work was solid and quick. The people were polite and friendly. Couldn't have asked for better. They were patient and explained everything to me. Even showed me everything my car might need without trying to price gouge or force me to get it done right then and there. Will definitely be going back again when I need more work done.

Specifically, these gentlemen appeared to be more concerned with helping me maintainbmy vehicle and being transparent in their practice, being straight forward, bottom line up front, helping me choose.
It was also a very fast service but I noticed the timing can be difficult. Business ethics and practice are great and transparent but enauring customers can make good time, balancing vehicle service with the inifnite complexities of life times may be a challenge. Nonetheless, it was smooth for me.
