I had the best experience here! I’m from out of town and broke down on the way home, and feel so fortunate that I ended up at this shop. When I called Friday night Chris said he’d be able to look at it first thing Saturday morning. The initial repair took longer than expected because he had to track down parts from another shop, but I was on the road before noon. Made it 20 minutes up the highway before the truck started overheating and I pulled over and had it towed back; Chris test drove it again and couldn’t get the problem to repeat until he took it back on the highway, and then recommended replacing the thermostat and radiator. He was able to complete this second repair the same day, and even though he didn’t finish until half an hour past closing time he test drove it past the exit I broke down at to make sure everything was working. While I was waiting I had the most wonderful conversation with the manager Alexis, who was so personable and welcoming. I cannot thank both of them enough for going above and beyond and working late on a Saturday to get me back on the road and home safely!! If there is anyone else I can email at Precision Tune corporate to get Alexis and Chris the recognition they deserve I would be happy to! I know they recently took over management of this shop, and after my experience I’m confident they will be successful!

Great customer service and excellent mechanical and diagnostic service also.
I have been going here for years and up until this trip, I didn't know the former owner had retired
2 months ago. It gave me a little concern but was quickly put to rest by Chris and his wife who were wonderful to work with.
Everything was top notch and I look forward to dropping in there again.

The owners are so nice !!! I was so pleased our truck was out of commission for two years had many different mechanics trying to figure out what was wrong and many different parts applied to no avail they not only fixed it!!!💯 went way out of there way to check everything it's running great!!! AND THE BILL FOR EVERYTHING WAS A SURPRISE AS WELL!!! SOOOO REASONABLE !!!! I'm so glad we found y'all we will be telling everyone!!! thank you so much for finally figuring out what was wrong with our truck 👊
