I absolutely love this place. The employees are absolutely wonderful. Kind, knowledgeable, accomdating, etc. I have gone there for years and I love that the front staff is the same. Please do what you need to do to keep them. It's because of them that I go back. The service is quick and they sit down and explain to you everything they did or what they didn't do because it's not needed. I have a brand new car and I will take it there before going to the dealership any day.
My favorite part is that they don't upsell you or fix something that doesn't need to be fixed just for the money. Problems with a car is never fun but if I have a problem, I am taking it to that location of Precision Tune on Buford Highway.

Excelente servicio, un personal super agradable, bilingüe, lo cual te facilita la comunicación, sala de espera perfecta, el tiempo pasa y no te das cuenta.
Para nosotras las que nunca nos ocupamos de los vehículos y las circunstancias nos ponen en eso, este es el lugar perfecto, además, precios muy conscientes en este “súper caro, nuevo mercado”

I like the fact that the Precision Tune on Buford Highway in Chamblee Georgia has been consistent with their great service for over 20 years for me. They are always polite, friendly, and extremely thorough. I especially like the fact that if I don’t understand what’s going on with my car they take the time to explain Verbally. If I don’t understand what they’re saying, they will show me with a brochure, or even draw diagrams. Whatever it takes for me to understand what they do so well. In my particular reason for continually coming back to this location is the fact that they respect women, they have never tried to rip me off because I didn’t understand. They always made me feel comfortable and welcome. I feel safe and confident with the owner.Amit and his right hand, Sandra

The crew at Precision Autocare on Buford Hwy are always so ready to take care of all of us car owners. The "face" of the business is always friendly and efficient. The "body" of the business is always there, working steadily and effectively to perform what needs to be done, as well as the little extras that we don't necessarily see.
