Greg & Cyndi are just the best! I usually know just enough about what is going on to explain my thoughts on the subject & what might be the fix. Annoying to most, I know, but Cyndi writes it down & passes it on to Greg, who is also very kind, thorough and considerate. He checks everything, including what I have passed on to them, and lets me know what the issue is for real, no BS and no extra BC either (Big Charges). Greg even gives me tips that have saved me big$$ - what mechanic does that?! Cyndi gets us in and out and on our way quick & easy too. These guys are seriously good, quick, and honest as the day is long. Everything you want in a mechanic, but never think you are going to get. You get it here !!!

I don't know what they do, but whenever I bring my car for even a simple oil change and tire rotation, it just runs better afterwards. Been coming here since moving to Austin 8 years ago and will continue to drive past several other repair shops anytime my car needs something fixed.
