It was great! The gentleman at the front desk was on the phone when I entered but he acknowledged that I walked in. He then did an intake of my car to find out what I needed and asked if there were any additional concerns that I had with my car. I took advantage of the coffee they had available. I noticed several people came in to get their car serviced and he was equally responsive to all of them. He answered questions they had with competency and a smile. It took a while, but in the end I walked out only having to pay $10.35 (plus my Groupon) for services!! That was the cheapest I had ever walked away from a car shop in the 20 years I have been driving!! :-) It was a great car repair shop experience! Thank you!
Speedy service, very friendly manager and staff, clean office. I went in for an oil change but asked them to also check my back lights and they did with no hesitation and also changed them for a low cost! Will definitely be back
The groupon I used gave me a great price. I got not only an oil change and alignment check, as stated in the groupon, but I also got air in my tires and the codes for my dash lights read. I had an appointment at 8:30 and was done by 9:45. The office was clean and staff were friendly.
I guess the main reason that I still come to Precision tune Auto Care is the convenience of the location to me and I've always been satisfied with the service that I receive when I come in, be it, a scheduled oil change or some unforseen problem that occures. The Mechanics are always able to take care of what ever my car issues are. I have been a customer of Precision Tunes for a number of years now, and have seen many new faces come through this location, but the service is still the same no matter who the manager is at the time. I am still satisified with the quality of service that I receive. One thing I would suggest is that if possible,that you have more mechanics on hand to be able to handle the flow of people that come in for service.

I love the courteous and professional experience I receive whenever my car needs repairs. I really appreciate I am told what is needed now, and what can be held off until later.
My only question is what happened to the online discounts? There used to be a time where I was able to receive discounts from online even if I didn't have the actual coupon.
