I don't even know where to begin. My car started acting up around 4 pm on a Friday. I was able to get it to the shop just before they closed. The team was very knowledgeable and compassionate, and I am very grateful. I was told my car would be ready in a few days and it was ready early! I am confident in the diagnosis and repairs. I had not used Precision Tune since 2017 since moved to Houston. While in BR the AC failed in my car so went to familiar shop. New management still has same dedication to service. Feel confident the problem was accurately diagnosed although repair could not be made due to part discontinued by manufacturer. Part number was provided so that I could locate part from alternate sources.
