I came in for an engine problem thinking it was one thing but not knowing the source of the problem. After I explained the sound my engine was making, the manager assessed the problem and evaluated what he thought was the problem. His explanation was thorough and made sense to me. When I picked up my truck the problem was gone and my truck ran smoothly with more power than it had before. I look forward to taking my truck there again the next time I need service. A very satisfying experience. Thank you!
