First, I liked the employees in the store. No one likes to have their car in the shop, but their high level of customer service made the experience better. Second, I appreciated their concern about the quality of their work. Companies rarely ever check personally with customers anymore to see if they were satisfied, but they asked. I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them to others.

I loved the customer service. I didn’t have an appointment My car started shaking and my check engine light came on so I got off the road as soon as I could. Precision was the closest place. but The service was done well and more quickly than any shop I’ve ever been to. Juan was so friendly and helpful and Darwin fixed my problem completely. I couldn’t be happier.
