Justin, the manager at Precision in Cary (Colonades) is phenomenal in every way. He came to our rescue within 15 minutes of our call, looked over the car before we called AAA to make sure it really needed to be towed then he followed up with more than one call, explaining, in detail, how the malfunction occurred and what needed to be done to get the car running again. We have been customers at this Precision Auto for 18 years and have known several excellent managers but Justin has a way about him...personable, caring, and extremely knowledgable! He is a tremendous person and asset to his workplace!!
