The Master Mechanic Mike at the Champlin location was so helpful and went above and beyond. He took the time to show me some things on my vehicle where others may have taken shortcuts. He genuinely cares about people and makes sure things are done right. He did NOT try to sell me unnecessary services etc that my vehicle did not need.
