I want to call out the manager Jeff Isaacs, for a grreat experience. Jeff was kind enough to get me a ride home rather than spending four hours in the shop to wait for a master brake cylinder and brake lines job. Then he didn't charge me for other brake lines that needed to be done when they weren't discovered in the initial estimate. That's fair, and generous. I have always had good experiences at this location, at 7928 North Tryon St in Charlotte, NC.
I have been a loyal customer at the location at 7928 N. Tryon St. in Charlotte, NC for 5 or 6 years now. There are several other auto care locations closer to my home (two within a mile) but I'd much rather drive to this particular location where I trust the manager (Eddie, if I'm not mistaken) and his staff...I know I'm always in good hands with them. I have never gotten an "upsale pitch" and have had several instances where the have been straight forward with me as to what I need/don't need. I have referred several friends and co-workers to them...the Precision Tune on N. Tryon is "My Mechanic".
Loved the fact that they were able to get me in and out quickly!! Plus they didn't try and sell me...a new car. They were up front with what needed to be looked at and prices! I'll totally be making the drive back.
Instantly knew that I wanted you guys to serves my car. Amazing customer service, willing to inform and give more detail. Even though I came in on a busy day the service was still phenomenal and my car was finished by a decent time.
Will return again.
I've only delt with the one location on N Tryon St. in Charlotte but have used them multiple times over several years. That are my go to place and have done everything from oil changes to brakes and even replacing blown rocker springs. It's always the same, no BS, it's done when they say and it costs what that told me. I've never had to bring a vehicle back due to a problem with their work.
You just can't get any better than that.
