The service agent, who worked on my car, made all of the difference in the world to me. Before any work was completed, he went out of his way to determine if my car in fact needed an alignment and to determine the cause of the service lights on my dash. I didn't feel like he was just taking advantage of me. Despite the task being somewhat more cumbersome than thought, he explained in detail and even had pictures of the before and after. This is one of the few times that I have sought service outside of the dealership, so I was somewhat apprehensive. I'm so glad that I gave this place a shot. This agent represented Precision Tune very place well.
