Very professional and good at what they do. No price gauging and although they stay busy they fux and repair at an incredible pace. I’ve already brought my vehicle back to ket them do a diagnostic fir me on my brake controller error which seems to be lighting up my dashboard.

I love this family-owned/run business. The owner, Ronnie and his sons and grandsons give top-notch customer service. They have always been responsive to our auto concerns and questions; and the wait is reasonable depending on what you're having done to your vehicle. My husband and I have taken all our vehicles there for service and I've not had any issues with the work they've performed.

I stopped in to ask about my engine light being on after being referred by a clerk at Discount Auto which is nearby. The clerk told me that he uses Precision Auto for his auto maintenance and is pleased with them. I spoke with Ronnie who was welcoming and nice. I explained that I had just moved to the area from out of state. He checked my car and told me why my engine light was on and what it might take to fix it. I asked how much I owed him for checking and he told me, “nothing”, just come and see me for your future needs. I was floored! That rarely happens today. He also told me that the guys working there were his son and grandsons. I love that it is a family business. There were two other women in the waiting area. One lady was raving about how much she likes the way they work on her car and how fair they are and what a good job they do. I took heed and decided to go back the next day and get my 100,000 mile tune up. I could tell the difference immediately in how much better my car was running.i Thanks Ronnie and family for a job well done. I definitely plan to use them for my car maintenance.
