The whole crew knows what they're talking about. They don't try to "sell you". The technician verified with the customer what he or she has done....and also what may be needed in the near future. Great experience!
Ashley, the manager of the Crestview facility and Jerry, one of the mechanics there provide top shelf service and support for all three of my vehicles. I just learned Ashley will be leaving in the Winter of this year as her spouse gets reposted by the military.
This does concern me a bit as when Chris Waddell left the subsequent manager, I felt, was always pressuring like a Dealership service department to complete what were questionably needed repairs. I actually left Precision Tune for quite awhile because of this. I had heard of Ashley hiring and good customer service skills and returned.
If Ashley does in fact leave, please hire someone whom REALLY has the customer first. My 40 years as a corporate businessman have taught me good customer service with TRUTHFUL advice always guarantees success and the meeting of "numbers."
The customer service is above and beyond great. Staff is always courteous and professional. My last service I had my 2 year old son with me and the technician brought my truck around front for me and had the air conditioner cooling it off ready to buckle in my little man. Small things like that make me a customer of the crestview florida precision tune. Great job guys keep up the good work.
