The women working was extremely professional and absolutely amazing. I went on a Saturday morning. She was the only person there. She was working the counter and doing the mechanic work, alone. She was absolutely amazing. When the front was full and she had hours of work lined up with the people sitting in the front, she still treated every customer as though they were the only one there. She explained what work was done, and gave recommendations for upcoming vehicle maintenance needs. She worked extremely well under the pressure. Her name is Kaylyn and she's at the location in Crestview. I would recommend anyone to go see her. She was knowledgeable and has the mechanical skill and people skills to back everything she did. Hands down the best service Ive ever received.

I was referred by my extended warranty plan, at first I was hesitant because I passed by many times and I thought it was an oil change place, so I was skeptical. My first interaction was with Felicia, she was very nice and knowledgeable about how it works. She explained to me the process and what I needed to do. Everything after that was smooth except the time it took to repair my vehicle. Because of the warranty having to send the part I was left without my vehicle. Once the part was received they took care of me and got me on the road again. The service you provided was great. Hopefully I won't have to use you anytime soon. If I do I will come back. Thanks again
