The technicians were new since I last visited, but they still offered the same courteous service. I was greeted by the counter tech, he got my information and asked me about my reason for visiting. After establishing my reason for coming in, I told him that I had a 10% off coupon also, he said he had a better offer, half price. Blessing and a good customer service. I've never had a bad experience when visiting the folks at Precision Tune Auto Care. Thank you for your service!!!

I had Justin and team drain the transmission fluid and replace the filter in my 2017 GMC Sierra back in January. The other day I added an aftermarket transmission cooler to my truck... as a result some of the fluid leaked out. These trucks no longer have a dipstick to add transmission fluid... so lifting the truck to add fluid is pretty much mandatory. I dropped by and explained my dilemma to Justin and that I was leaving to go on a 1,000 mile round trip journey and that I was leaving very early the next day... they were very busy that day. Justin informed me that it would be at least an hour and a half before he could squeeze me in.... true to his word , he was able to accommodate me and when all was said and done , he didn't charge me for it.... albeit it was probably about a half pint or less of fluid... Thank you Justin ! Yes , as long as Justin is there guiding that business , I wholeheartedly recommend this shop !
