The best experience I’ve had working with a shop! I dropped it off Tuesday, they called me Thursday to let me know what the issues were, what the costs to repair would be (and explained what they knew warranty would and would not cover) and beat the price on having my brakes done from our usual shop. When I asked if they could go ahead and do the brakes and if it would delay pickup the next day, they said “no problem!” And had it ready by 10:30am Friday! Seriously, so easy. They handled the warranty company and everything. Highly recommend, and we will be back!

I was an hour early for my appointment and was taken right away. Work was accomplished in less time than I was told it would take. I received a gifts. 1. Arrived early and work began immediately. 2. Work was completed sooner than I was expecting therefore I was able to return home before the heat of the day. Thank you Precision! I'll be back.
