Everyone was kind and explained with patience what my car needed. I went for a routine oil change and they caught that my brake pads needed replacing. The job was inexpensive compared to what it could have been if they did not catch it. They also wanted me to save money. They had online coupons to help with oil change costs, and did not overcharge in my opinion. They had me done rather quickly, and it was fairly busy when I came.
