The oil change prices are reasonable, better than a dealer's prices. I also look forward to the verbal summary provided near the end of the visit informing you of what's needed (urgent and non-urgent) for your vehicle. Especially the minor things that may have been overlooked elsewhere.

We take all our cars to Precision Tune at this location largely due to the service Marty and his team provide. Let me tell you one reason why. Several years ago when we were relatively new customers, we came home from a oil change/ tire rotation and noticed a wheel cover was missing when we got home. We called the shop thinking that they might have forgotten to put it back on after the tire rotation. Marty checked and didn't see a wheel cover lying around but told us he would get a replacement set. No argument over why it was gone or who's fault it was. 3 days later he had the set and put them on personally. It was at that moment that I became a permanent customer. We have all had negative experiences at repair shops right? Feel like we are getting ripped off, up-sold, or treated poorly. I have always had just the opposite treatment here. After each service Marty or one of his team will give you a summary of what was done and areas to keep an eye on. What's different is that Marty will never say "Geez Mr. Smith, your brakes are really bad, I wouldn't be driving on them, I think you need our premium brake service right now". What he will say is "Mr. Smith, we checked your brakes and you have about 10% padding left. You should take care of that in the next 5,000 miles or so. If you like we can do and here are your prices and options. If not them just make sure to take care of that soon". No high pressure or up-selling tactics that too many other shops employ. Just the facts and options. I can't recommend this shop enough. My only hesitation is that if my recommendation sends too many people his way, it might take me longer to get my service done :P
