Jerry was incredibly helpful making sure I understood how long my service was going to take and keeping me updated throughout the morning. I appreciated his transparency and strong customer service. I will definitely be back!
The manager quoted me an hour for an oil change using my own oil and filelter, on a day I didn't make an appointment. Took them about 40 minutes to get it done! Love that they are honest and don't try to uosell you on other things that you sisnt come in for thanks to the crew in morrisville!

As a woman I’ve been taken advantage of at other car shops. Being charged for extra services and had fees loaded on. Not here! Not on their watch!

I was very impressed to look out the waiting room window to see 1, then 2 and finally 3 technicians problem solving together and helping technician 1 to fix a problem with the left side of my driver’s seat not moving forwards/backwards. It took them all of 30 minutes and a very reasonable price to make me so happy 😀.
I love how hands on the technician Brandon was and how he wasn’t just grasping at straws on what he thought was wrong with my car & he wasn’t going to give up until he figured it out, I will definitely go back if there are any issues with my car
I had pre purchase vehicle check up done at Durham -Chappel hill Center. The experience was great. Me Brendon the mechanic did an exhaustive check up and provided a detailed report. He explained the little issues he saw and showed them to me. I liked his service and would definitely recommend the service at this Center. Thanks Brendon. I bought the car!
The service is impeccable. The staff is friendly and the wait area is comfortable. Jerry, the new manager and the entire staff are excellent at their craft. Will always be coming back
