I like the comfort of knowing that when my van needs attention I don’t need to research what place I need take it to. If I need an oil change, a state inspection, tires, air is not cooling, or if it’s just making a weird noise I head to Precision Tune. Sometimes I call for an appointment but so often they say bring it by today - so I do. The reason I went to Precision Tune this week is my State Inspection was due. The bonus was I got my drivers side door hinge replaced. I just returned from a several weeks road trip. And it was the most annoying thing that my door would not stay open long enough for me to get out of the van. It just wouldn’t stay in the open position. It aggravated me my entire trip. When I left the shop with my passed state inspection I also had a smile because they had taken care of me again, my door stayed open so I could get in the van with ease. I think they take pride in helping people.
The thing that I enjoy about the service at precision tune auto is the quality of care. I have never had an issue with any of the workers explaining things a few times or speaking with my family about pricing, auto issues, etc. which is comforting and also helps.
Precision Tune delivers great service each and every time I have visit them. They service all 3 three of my vehicles and was never disappointed. Very friendly staff and comfortable setting while you're waiting. Be what I also like is they give you a check up regarding anything else that you should know about your vehicle that needs to be serviced with no pressure. Definitely recommend..
Had an excellent experience! I waited less than an hour for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. The price was good and received courteous and friendly service.
I like the Guarantee of the products. I like the courteousness of the staff and the quality and timeliness of the service. But most importantly, the staff didn't tell me what it could be.They were knowledgeable enough about auto care to do a diagnostic But knew about what the issue was.
