Let me put it this way...I have been taking my 2001 Corolla to your shop since I bought the car in 2005....it still runs great. That certainly speaks to the quality of your products.

Mike gave EXCELLENT service. I was a regular at Precision when he was there before but after he left, I stopped coming back because the new managers took advantage of me and charged me for things they had already charged me for. I will take my business wherever Mike is. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes out of his way to ensure we understand what they did and what they are charging us for. Thank you for bringing him back!
Michael and his team did a great job on my car. It was under warranty through Carmax and they made process seamless for me. They communicated with Carmax and let me know throughout the process when my car would be finished. I highly recommend them!
I didn't get his name, but the person who took care of the bill at the Fremont Precision Tune Auto Care had outstanding customer service skills. (I didn't see him a year ago when I was at the same location.) He explained to me what they needed to fix my car with easy/simple terms. I initially had an appointment with a Honda dealer and walked away because of terrible customer services by the guy who checked my car. Then I directly drove to the Precision Tune Auto Care and was impressed by their great care of my car. I went to a local tire shop, a franchise mechanic shop and the Honda dealer to ask for checking my tire where got a long nail two weeks ago. None of the three shops didn't see anything wrong about my tire. The Precision Tune Auto Care saw the nail in the tire and fixed it. I finally feel safe to drive my car after two weeks of the incident and will definitely come back here.
