Services was great, except last time when I was there. I was told that the four tires would be pumped with air to 32 psi, but nothing was done. Changing oil and oil filter was done perfectly.

Owner Mike Thompson and his team always give excellent service. I’ve been going there for years now but there was a period of time when I stopped going. I’ll go wherever Mike goes. He left for a while and the service was awful and I was taken advantage of on two different occasions regarding my car. I was SO happy to see that Mike had returned a little while ago. He communicates the issues very well and never pressures you into a decision, and just offers you his professional opinion. He really takes the time to make sure you understand the diagnostics and if he and his team are running late with getting the vehicle back to you they are so helpful in helping you find other accommodations. Thank you Mike and Precision!
