Everyone here was extremely helpful, courteous, respectful and patient... not just with me, but with every single person who came in while I was there. I had an oil change coupon that they applied and also another coupon I wasn't aware of.... THAT is real customer service- giving someone MORE than they expected! They are right around the corner from my home which is extremely convenient. I have been going there since I moved to Greensboro nearly 16 years ago and I will keep going there for the employees just as much as the excellent service and repairs!

Thank you so much for staying open past close so I could drop my car off and for turning the repairs around so quickly the next day! The overall costs did seem a bit high, but for the quality of service and speedy turn around I'm happy to pay the upcharge in this case. I also appreciate that there wasn't any pressure for me to accept the other suggested tune ups and line flushes that weren't in my budget for this trip. We just moved to the area and will definitely be making this shop our "go to" for any future car needs!

They were very courteous and I had a very short wait. However, I keep getting messages from Carfax, of services that are overdue or due that I had done there. My state inspection was still showing due yesterday and I had it done at Precision tune on 2/24 --- I had to go in carfax myself and update services performed.
