Megan greeted me and checked me in for service. Don was everywhere and was the one to check me out. He took time to explain a couple of filters that are not ready to change that day, but will be at my next visit. I appreciate the heads up and that they were not trying to do more than was necessary. I walked in with the oil change and tire rotation coupon and needed my state inspection done. I was there when they opened without an appointment and was done in an hour and 1/2. I come to this shop every year for my state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I appreciate how they run the counter and the garage.

Battleground precision goes above and beyond, the young lady that works the desk is always friendly and knowledgeable with every interaction!
