Great phone manners and great service from David, Kelsey and Joe! Took the time to show me what was wrong with my car and explain why it was important to have it repaired. Where finances were concerned, helped me prioritize what needed to be corrected immediately vs what could wait a month or two.
Clean waiting area too. Will be back again.
Since I'm a regular customer, most of the time the manager has my information pulled up and ready to go when I walk into the building. They're quick and always lets me know if something needs to be done or if it will be an upcoming thing.
The employees at precision always treat me with respect and are more than willing to talk to me about the issues with my car and how they can fix it. As a woman, it's sometimes intimidating going into an auto shop to get some help, but with precision I'm never nervous about asking questions or having work done on my car.
I have gone for several basic oil changes for my recent car. And I think that they actually do the checks that are on the list. I know one time I had gone a long time between oil changes and they said the oil was thicker than should be and couple other issues. So that tells me that the tech was paying attention and not just going through the motions.
Simple, direct communications regarding services and schedule. I like being able to see and when appropriate, speak directly to the service technician working on my vehicle. Explanation and visualization of the issues being addressed helps establish confidence and trust.
