My experience with Precision Auto Tune in Greenville, NC on Greenville Blvd. was excellent. I was able to get my car inspected without waiting too long. In the waiting room, they provide coffee for customers. The bathroom and waiting area is spotless and the staff were very pleasant. Inspection done in half hour. Very pleased!

I had a bit of a wait for an oil change but I did not schedule ahead of time so that was expected. Everyone was professional and friendly and seemed very knowledgeable in their respective areas. They brought things to my attention that I wasn't there for, but were nit at all pushy about it and were very kind when I declined to change sir filters at this visit. I did appreciate them showing me the filters though.
