Courteous, welcoming staff at front desk. Called me promptly following diagnostics and were very honest, telling me that I had a broken tire cord causing my car issues and that it wasnt a mechanical issue per se. Because they don't sell tires, they gave me the names of two tire shops nearby and explained what tire service they would recommend and why. Importantly they did not try to sell me unnecessary services or upcharge me. Nice people. Will be going back for any car trouble in the future.

I have been going to this place for car service for a little over a year since moving to the area. I called to make an appointment and was concerned when I found out the person I had dealt with previously had moved to some other location. But it turned out I got A+ customer service again. I highly recommend this place.
