Wes worked very hard to get my truck transmission repaired. Even though there were complications through Carshield concerning warranty issues that occurred with a transmission that was replaced in the state of Florida. Wes kept at it and eventually had a transmission delivered by a jobber he trusted locally. The transmission was replaced at Precision and I will drive it and know more about the quality of the job soon. I know that with all the warranty issues, that were no fault of Precisions', Wes persisted and got the job done. Thank You.
