Friendly reception, thorough check of our aging vehicle for State Inspection. Of course, not happy to know there were multiple problems and a hefty bill for the work, but I would feel that way anywhere else, too. Excellent, timely service. We had a flat tire and the mechanic took time out of thier busy day to walk across the street, get the tire and patch it. Then he drove to my car and put it back on for me. Very professional and kind. Thank you so much!!!!
