I have always loved Precision Auto Care. The staff is always friendly and they take the time to explain everything to me instead of just telling me a list of things that needs to be replaced. I love that the take the extra steps to walk me back and show me what to look for. As a women I have had quite a few places tell me I needed to replace a lot of thing I know I didn't need to because they assumed I wouldn't know better. Clay is amazing!
When if first drove into the parking lot and went into the waiting area, the young lady that works there already had make and model of my car pulled up on the computer and addressed me by my name when I entered thru the door. I can say I was extremely impressed with that type of customer service. When my vehicle was complete the young man informed me that Honda recommended I have belts changed between 100-120 miles. I told them I believed that the Honda dealership had performed that at 75 miles but would go thru my paperwork when I got home. This same young lady showed the technician how to look up my cars maintenance done at Honda thru a Car Facts website and low and behold yep...they had already done that service so I felt relieved. I suggest you keep this young lady working the front desk at the store on Penny Road cause she is great!!!!
