They allowed me to leave my truck there while making decisions. They released back with me not having service but given an estimate. I was given the same service when my mechanic could not complete the job. They allowed me to have parts delivared and returned the cores when asked. They kept me up to date with everything without being intrusive and once again very understanding about my circumstances. I talked with two people one I believe was Nate?

Service was get. Staff made sure that I got the services I needed and verified that the dealership was trying to overcharge me for services and tack on services that were not needed. He saved me over 500 dollars.

I like that my family and I can drive up on a Saturday and get our oil changed the same day. I also like that you give us a punch card where we can get a free oil change on our 5th visit.

I think the service and the technician was very honest and helpful and cc rectify the problem immediately.
