The Cockeysville/Hunt Valley location is great - I've been going there for 18 years now. This recent time I had a dead battery and they were able to get my car in shortly after I arrived, without an appointment. They tested the battery 3 times and found no problem. Not sure why. At the same time, since I was already there, I got an oil change, tire rotated, tires checked, and fluids topped off. Only thing I wondered about is my antifreeze level was almost completely dry (below minimum required), and since I had an oil change in July, was wondering if it should have been topped off at that time. Maybe they missed it?
