The owner or head technician of the 11301 E 23rd St. location (I think his name was Randy) went out of his way to replace the windshield wipers on my truck, even at his own inconvenience. The auto parts store was taking too long to deliver them, so he drove over and picked them up himself. While I was waiting, he was also incredibly kind to an older woman who was clearly stressed out about the cost to fix her car, reassuring her that they would help in any way possible. This level of exceptional service and care really stood out to me. If the location wasn't so far from my house, I would always take my truck here to get services. I definitely will be referring my family and friends to this shop.

Since the very first time using this shop they've treated me well. And prices are reasonable and so far their repairs have been great. Also showed concern about using a slightly more expensive part because of better lasting quality versus a budget part.

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgable. They explain what problems have been found and what your options are and what repairs should be prioritized. They don't try to upsell services. It is nice to have a car repair shop where you can trust the employees, who remember your name and who you don't have to be worried that I am being ripped off. They're Great!
