Helpful staff arranged for effective night drop off for emergency repair the following day. Mechanics diagnosed quickly in the morning, office provided timely (and reasonable) estimate, and mechanics completed repairs without delays. I can only assume the quality of technical work matches the great customer service and willingness to help get my daughter's car back on the road quickly. Super important to her since she relies on it for her work commute.

This store has improved steadily. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Melissa takes the time to research and discuss work with prospective customers. I observed this twice during my short wait for an oil change. One man came in for estimates on a list of future repairs. Melissa researched those and helped prioritize them. He left with a printed estimate including notes. A regular customer came in with a new problem with her aging vehicle. Melissa was very familiar with the car and the work that had been done on it. She patiently explained what would need to be done to discover the source of the most recent problem and possible solutions. She was very calming and reassuring. I discovered that I needed an oil change and I was able to get a same-day appointment. I was able to wait on it. My car was in and out quickly. I was thankful that the technician reminded Melissa and me that I had also had the cabin filter changed. I would have realized it about halfway home and had to turn around to come back and pay for it. (It was about half the price I have paid at the Honda dealership.) This shop has had some problems in the past. They have apparently made a huge effort to overcome those problems. I am grateful that I have a convenient local vehicle repair shop that I trust.
