Amazing service as usual. We were out of town for about 3 weeks and my car wouldn't start. Battery was just changed and the vehicle was just serviced at the dealership. Roadside attempted to jump it without success. A tow truck arrived to bring it to Precision Auto Tune - they also tried to jump it, but no success. Not to mention this was the week for traveling to the new base. On second day of waiting to hear about the diagnosis, apparently a critter chewed through some wiring. We were lucky that that was all. The staff only took a few hours in the morning to complete the job. Service was awesome and they maintained proper communication the whole way.

The staff was very polite, and although I got there when they opened it still took all day for my oil change. I was informed that they were undermanned, and it would take some time. I did not mind as I dropped the vehicle off, and I picked it up after work, but it would have been frustrating if I was waiting for it.
