Carlos, Alex, and the rest of the crew are phenomenal. It's a breath of fresh air to know you're dealing with honest mechanics. The work is always top notch and I know when Carlos says my 1999 Rodeo needs work/something replaced, she really does. And they stand by their repairs. How can I not love my mechanic/Precision Tune and Carlos when I always get an awesome hug before I leave, and emails making sure I'm doing okay. If you love your car as much as I love my 5-speed manual transmission 1999 Rodeo, Precision Tune is the place to get your car taken care of and pampered.

The work I need done is started on time and completed on time. The price is reasonable, and there's no ridiculous mark-up on parts like at a dealership. Precision always notifies me if they find something unexpected, and asks for prior authorization before performing additional work. That's about all one can reasonably expect.
